CB Richard Ellis Hires Ex-Dole Exec as CFO

CB Richard Ellis Inc. hired Kenneth J. Kay, a former Dole Food Co. executive, as chief financial officer after the company’s debt almost doubled and transactions slowed.

Kay, who was CFO of Dole, replaces Jim Leonetti, who left “to pursue other interests,” CB Richard Ellis said.
