Carrying Excess Baggage

Regarding “Luggage That Fits Into the Post-Sept. 11 World” (Travel Insider, June 16): It’s time for luggage companies to smarten up. They’re missing a big money-maker: two compatible roll-aboards. One you check in; the other would hold my medicine, books, newspapers and other things I might need in case the checked luggage is lost.
Sometimes I carry two roll-aboard bags, but they are difficult to maneuver together. Surely someone could design a pair that would fit together.
