Cargo-Loading Ramp Crushes 4-Year-Old Girl

A 4-year-old girl was crushed to death when a ramp for loading cargo into the back of a truck fell on her, authorities said.
The accident happened Wednesday at City Loan and Auto, a used car dealership on Cherry Avenue, as the girl’s parents shopped.
The girl apparently jumped or climbed on the back of a trailer used to transport cars, causing the door and ramp to fall open and crush her, Fire Department spokesman Wayne Chaney said.
