Service Set Sunday for Justice Eagleson

A memorial service for David N. Eagleson, a retired associate justice of the California Supreme Court, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 4645 Woodruff Ave., Lakewood.
Eagleson died May 23 after a brief illness. He was 78.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UCLA’s Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation, 8-950 Factor Building, Box 951780, Los Angeles, CA 90095-1780.
