Laura Cox, a senior aide to Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman William H. Donaldson, will leave the agency to oversee government lobbying for accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Cox, 35, joined Donaldson’s staff in May 2003 and has been in charge of legislative and public affairs at the SEC.
