Co-Worker Arrested in Man’s Stabbing Death

A co-worker of a man found stabbed to death earlier this month near the Crestline-Lake Arrowhead water plant at Silverwood Lake has been arrested on suspicion of murder, officials said Thursday.
Orlando Carbonell, 41, of Palmdale was arrested late Wednesday by San Bernardino County sheriff’s detectives investigating the slaying of Edmund Marrujo, 51, of Palmdale, who worked as an anesthesiologist at the Veterans Administration healthcare center in West Los Angeles.
