Be Fair on the Effect of President’s Tax Cuts

As a retiree, I appreciate President Bush’s tax-cut program. Because of his plan to reduce the taxation on dividends and capital gains, we have a refund this year. As retired teachers, my husband and I are a middle-income family. Who said Bush cut the taxes for only the rich? Let’s be fair.
