2 Teens Held After Chase in Stolen Car

Two teenagers were arrested Thursday after they led police on a chase through three cities in a stolen car, officials said.
Vanessa Valdez, 18, of Garden Grove and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property and evading arrest, police said.
The car, reported stolen from Westminster on Wednesday, was spotted by an off-duty officer in Santa Ana about 6:50 a.m., police said. Police said Valdez led them on a half-hour chase through Garden Grove, Westminster and finally Stanton, ending when a tire blew out at Beach Boulevard and Acacia Avenue.
