Cameron Spurs USC to Victory

Freshman reserve Brynn Cameron scored 18 points to lead the USC women’s basketball team over Harvard, 74-58, Sunday at the Sports Arena.
USC (2-2) trailed Harvard (3-1) by as many as 12 points, at 21-9, before limiting the Crimson to three points over a six-minute span.
USC sophomore center Chloe Kerr scored 12 of her 14 points in the first half to help the Trojans get back in the game.
USC gained its first lead with five minutes left in the half, at 26-24, and took a 33-32 edge at halftime.
The score remained close until USC pulled away in the final five minutes, fueled by Cameron, who made four of six three-point shots.
