A 75-year-old man in Livingston was charged with four counts of capital murder in the shooting deaths of his wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandson at the trailer park where they lived.
The man remained under a suicide watch at the Polk County Jail, said Mike Nettles, chief deputy for the Sheriff’s Department. Investigators say the slayings were triggered by the older couple’s marital problems.
