Tenants, Landlord Urged to Negotiate

The City Council passed a resolution Tuesday urging the tenants and owners of the Lincoln Place apartments in Venice to return to the bargaining table.
Much of the 695-unit complex is to be demolished. Most of the residents have either left or been evicted. About 80 remain.
A representative said some tenants hope to return to their apartments.
