Former Executive Guilty of Fatally Beating Wife

A former pharmaceutical executive was convicted of manslaughter in Trenton for killing his wife by slamming her head on the concrete garage floor at their mansion.
Jonathan Nyce, 55, had been charged with murder in the slaying. He admitted the violence but said the death of 34-year-old Michelle Nyce was accidental.
His lawyer said the two scuffled at their $1.6 million home outside Trenton as she returned home from a tryst with her lover.
