Migrants in Seaworthy Car Intercepted -- Again

Thirteen Cubans making the third bid in two years to reach the United States in a vintage car converted into a boat were intercepted by the U.S. Coast Guard, relatives said in Havana.
The 1949 Mercury with a prow attached was intercepted Tuesday about 20 miles off Key West, Fla., an NBC television station reported. The car is owned by Rafael Diaz, who has been aboard all three attempts to migrate in the craft.
