From Bloomberg News
Sprint Nextel Corp., the third-largest U.S. mobile-phone service provider, started an online store that lets people download songs to their handsets.
Customers can get two versions of songs, one for cellphones and one for computers, for $2.50, Sprint said. The price is more than twice that of Apple Computer Inc.’s iTunes, which sells songs for 99 cents each.
Sprint subscribers can pick from 250,000 songs.
