Police Arrest Second Suspect in Blasts

Indian police have arrested a second man in connection with three blasts in New Delhi last month that killed about 60 people and injured more than 200, a news report said.
The suspect, identified only as Tariq, is believed to be a member of the Pakistan-based Kashmiri militant group Lashkare-Taiba, the Press Trust of India news agency said, quoting unidentified sources.
It said Tariq was detained in Solina in Jammu and Kashmir state by New Delhi police officers, who went there on a tip.
