3 Policemen Slain; Body of Kidnap Victim Found

Three Afghan policemen were shot dead in Oruzgan province, a senior official said, and villagers elsewhere found the nearly decapitated body of an Indian truck driver who was kidnapped last weekend.
Afghan security forces believe Taliban militants shot the officers as they walked home, said provincial Gov. Jan Mohammed Khan.
In the southwestern province of Nimruz, police commander Bahadur Khan said villagers found the body of the driver, Maniappan Raman Kutty.
