Holiday closures

Monday is Labor Day. The following schedules will be in effect:
Offices: All city, county, state and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: There is no mail delivery, and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most libraries will be closed.
Banks: Most banking institutions will be closed.
Schools: Public schools will be closed.
Public transportation: MTA buses and Metro Rail lines will run on a reduced Sunday schedule. No Metrolink trains will run.
Trash collection: There will be no trash collection. Pickups will be delayed one day throughout the week.
