Disaster Tolls No Longer Secret, News Outlet Says

China will no longer regard the death toll in natural disasters as a state secret, the official New China News Agency said.
It did not say whether death tolls would be revised retroactively for disasters, such as a famine in the late 1950s and early 1960s that claimed an estimated 30 million lives.
