South Coast Repertory’s ‘Encantar ... as if by Magic,’ an Andalusian- themed gala at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, kicks off the Orange County theatrical season. The theater company, which produced its first play on a rented stage in 1964, now occupies a multimillion-dollar complex in Costa Mesa.
