Agave attenuata is a beautiful option

AGAVES are one of the most dramatic of Southern California’s landscape plants and certainly one of my personal favorites. Their sculptural quality is unequaled by any other plant, and I use them often in gardens I am asked to design for my clients.

I often incorporate Agave attenuata into the interiors I design. For that incredible punch, they can’t be beat. This variety was not featured in Janet Kinosian’s article [“Desert Rosette’s Bold Beauty”] in the Dec. 14 Home section, but readers may also be interested in this beauty.
