A case of arrogance?

RE: “ ‘Blade Runner,’ Take 3” by Geoff Boucher [Sept. 30]: What is a film? A series of moving pictures illustrating a story. No matter how many special effects technicians, writers, actors, director[s] are involved, the person who makes it come alive on screen is the cinematographer.
Is no mention of “Blade Runner’s” cinematographer, Jordan Cronenweth, merely an act of petty arrogance?
