Good vibrations will rock Cancun, Mexico, this summer when the Beach Boys are to appear in concert Aug. 6 at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort.
The performance is to feature Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, original Beach Boys, with a five-member backup band.
Besides the concert, Moon Palace has scheduled several special summer activities and an air-travel credits program.
“Palace Resorts set out to create a strong summer travel program that would redefine the notion of a traditional all-inclusive resort,” said Gibran Chapur, executive vice president.
The program, he said, includes the pop-rock stage show Cirque Dreams Rocks, the Beach Boys show, plus “air credits, cash rebates, our kids-stay-free program and our resort credit program.”
The air credits program must be booked by June 30 for travel through Aug. 24; guests who book seven nights receive a credit for $525 on packaged bookings, or a cash rebate of up to $280 for land-only bookings.
The resort credit program is offered to guests staying five nights or more; resort credits can be used toward room upgrades, spa appointments, on-property dolphin swims and off-site excursions.
